• Began training 1987 at the YMCA in Milford, CT
• Graduate from Southern CT State University, BSc. Human Performance and minor in Nutrition
• Coached Springboard Diving from beginner to Olympic levels
• Has been a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, ACSM, ISSA, Scrion Institute of Ex. Phys., and several others
• Professional Speaker and Presenter
• Authored several articles in exercise and nutrition
• National Course Presenter for the NAFC training personal trainers
• SNBF Judge

Quite honestly it really doesn't matter WHAT certifications I have because you don't really know what the letters mean, where I went to school (or if I even learned anything there) - what matters most is "do I get results?"  The answer is "YES" or you wouldn't be here!
