Herb Cables has been a trainer since 1987 and is taking on the Fitness and Nutrition Industry by storm!  This site is dedicated to those who want serious training and REALLY personal nutrition programs from a serious professional in the field. 

Natural Mr. Georgia and judge for several organizations, Herb has many years of experience preparing athletes for competiton from football to tennis, swimming and diving, running and biking, and, of course, bodybuilding and figure.

What Can You Expect?

Professional, individualized instruction based on science, research, and experience.  I will not guess on your results.  You will get what you want if you are willing to put the time and effort in. 

You expect me to give you 110% and I expect the same from my clients.  I won't mix words, I'm not politically correct, and if you are not ready to compete at the end of 12 weeks I will tell you.

"I began my journey with Herb in June of 2009, 4 weeks before my first figure competition.   In those 4 weeks, I saw my body change dramatically.  Make a long story short, I won my very first figure competition as a “Herb’s Hottie” and have been training with him ever since! 

Herb is a physique artist and has an eye for sculpting the human body through various types of training techniques.  He has totally transformed my body in less than a year and half and is the reason behind my success on the figure stage.  His workouts are demanding but yet efficient and effective.  It amazes me how he has changed the symmetry of my body.  I had the typical female symmetry, being smaller on top and fuller through the bottom.  Through his series of workouts, I now have a new and improved upper body and a slimmed down lower body.  My clothes fit the way they are supposed to fit now!  The beauty of it all is that my physique is still a work in progress.  Making changes to your physique is not a “microwave process”, it takes time, patience, compliance, and hard work paired up with a coach that knows how to go about the process the proper way!  I am looking forward to continuing my transformation process with Herb!..."

"Not only is Herb a physique artist, he also knows nutrition!  I found out the hard way about how important it is to pair up nutrition with working out.  After my first season of figure competitions, I decided that I could eat whatever I wanted to because I was not going to miss a workout.  The transformation pictures that are posted on this website (on the left) is the outcome of me not missing a workout and not eating the way I should have been eating.  Yes, I gained a lot of weight and had to work very hard to get back to where I needed to be for my figure competition season.  I could have gotten down on myself and given up but Herb was with me every step of the way and helped set me up for success yet again!  As my metabolism has changed, Herb has changed my nutrition plans to continually enhance my body composition.

The most amazing component of my transformation has been the fact that all of this has been done on-line!  We communicate via email, telephone, and text messages and I provide him with measurements and progress photos during my competition preps.  Herb has not physically seen me since my competition in November of 2009!  It truly amazes me how he can continue to transform my physique being two hours away! 

Many people ask me what my secret has been to changing my physique.  The secret is simple…all I have done is stick to Herb’s nutrition and workout plan 100%.  Herb’s plan for me is all laid out; all I have to do is put in the hard work and stay 100% compliant!  Herb has helped to change my life and I am forever grateful to him. I have learned so much about myself through this process and it has given me a new level of confidence.  I am so proud to be a Herb’s Hottie!  What are you waiting for?
