Herb Cables has been a trainer since 1987 and is taking on the natural bodybuilding, figure and fitness world!  This site is dedicated to those who want serious training from a serious professional in the field. 

SNBF Mr. Georgia and judge, Herb has many years of experience preparing athletes for competiton from football to tennis, swimming and diving, running and biking, and, of course, bodybuilding and figure.

What Can You Expect?

Professional, individualized instruction based on science, research, and experience.  I will not guess on your results.  You will get what you want if you are willing to put the time and effort in. 

You expect me to give you 110% and I expect the same from my clients.  I won't mix words, I'm not politically correct, and if you are not ready to compete at the end of 12 weeks I will tell you.
